The season begins in one of Italy’s most celebrated culinary regions. Often regarded as the gastronomic heart of Italy, Emilia-Romagna is renowned for handmade pasta, exceptional cheeses, rich sauces and recipes shaped by generations of tradition.
Flavours Of Puglia

In spring, the journey moves south to sun-drenched Puglia. Surrounded by the Adriatic and Ionian Seas, this southern Italian region is celebrated for cuisine that allows exceptional ingredients to speak for themselves. Olive oil, fresh vegetables, handmade pasta and seafood are at the heart of a food culture rooted in simplicity and tradition.
Verona To Valpolicella

The season concludes on Italy’s spectacular Amalfi Coast. Fresh seafood, citrus, fragrant herbs and seasonal ingredients define the bright Mediterranean flavours of this iconic region. Chef Massimo will capture the spirit of summer along the coast with a vibrant menu that provides a fitting finale to the 2026–2027 series.

Niagara Culinary Experiences is designed as an evening to savour from the moment guests arrive.
Each event begins with a standing cocktail reception featuring canapés and Prosecco, followed by a carefully crafted five-course menu enhanced by wine pairings. Throughout the evening, guests also have the opportunity to mix and mingle with Massimo Capra, one of Canada’s most recognizable chefs, adding a personal element to the experience.
