We close out the Niagara Culinary Experience series with Chef Massimo Capra A Venetian Affair.
Explore the depths of Venetian cuisine, where the city’s connection to both land and sea creates a perfect balance of flavours. Seasonal ingredients influenced by rich trade routes capture the true essence of Venice.
The evening features a 5-course menu with exceptional wine pairings, a standing cocktail reception with canapes and prosecco and a mix and mingle with Massimo.
The event takes place at Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant at Sheraton Fallsview.
