The third event in the Niagara Culinary Experience series with Chef Massimo Capra focuses on the rich and earthy flavours of mushrooms.
Join us as Chef Capra weaves these versatile fungi into traditional and contemporary dishes to add a complexity and depth that only mushrooms can bring.
The evening features a 5-course menu with exceptional wine pairings, a standing cocktail reception with canapes and prosecco and a mix and mingle with Massimo.
The event takes place at Massimo’s Italian Fallsview Restaurant at Sheraton Fallsview.
