Niagara College Teaching Winery
Part of the Niagara Peninsula Wine Region, the Niagara College Winery is located in the premier growing district, comparable to Languedoc-Rousillon, France and Tuscany, Italy. The Niagara College Teaching Winery, located on the Glendale Campus, is the only teaching winery in Canada and proceeds of the sales of the wines go toward the students learning. Tours at the teaching winery allow guests to enjoy the unique educational vineyards, the campus greenhouse and gardens and dining at the Niagara Culinary Institute Restaurant.

Niagara College Winery Tours
Taste Lesson
This half hour tour takes guests through Canada’s only teaching winery where you learn how to taste wines while sampling three VQA wines at the on-site wine store. Cost is $4.00/person + GST.
Educational Tour and Taste Lesson
This hour in-depth tour takes guests through the Niagara College Winery. After you see the inner workings of the winery, you learn how to taste wines while sampling three VQA wines at the on-site wine store. Cost is $6.00/person + GST.
Tasting Room and Sensory Class
This tour allows guests to learn what it is like to be a student at the teaching winery. After you tune your senses, you learn how to taste wines while sampling four VQA wines. Cost is $10.00/person + GST.
Culinary Institute, Greenhouse and Winery Tour
This tour includes visits to the Greenhouse, the winery for a tour and tasting, and then your choice of lunch or dinner in the Dining Room. Contact the winery for pricing.
