Developed in 1875, this golf course was built on the Fort George Common, now Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake. North Americas oldest golf course is located in beautiful Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada. The site of the golf course is the old Fort Mississauga, where the British troops were stationed in the War of 1812. Providing a unique golf adventure for golfers of any level, this 9 hole golf course is in Niagara’s historic area along Lake Ontario

Although all of the holes are under 515 yards, they are well designed to provide a challenge to all golfers. Some of the spectacular holes have huge doglegs around massive trees and tucked away greens! The Niagara-on-the-Lake Golf Club is semi-private and requires reservations in order to play.
