Sunrise Yoga At Sheraton Fallsview Rooftop Pool

Begin your day with tranquility and breathtaking views of Niagara Falls during this serene sunrise experience at the Sheraton Fallsview Rooftop Pool.

This 60-minute wellness offering takes place from 7:00 am to 8:00 am, outdoors on the turf terrace of Niagara’s only Fallsview Rooftop Pool (7th floor of Sheraton Fallsview Hotel). A peaceful and inspiring setting like no other.

Sessions are $19.95 per person and include:

• 45-minute instructor-led yoga session poolside at the Sheraton’s outdoor Rooftop Pool terrace
• 15-minute Fallsview recovery break. Enjoy a rejuvenation snack and bottled water with unobstructed Rooftop views of Niagara Falls.
• Use of yoga mats and yoga blocks provided on-site
• Private class setting – the pool area is closed to all other guests during the experience
