Niagara Falls Hotel Policies
Guaranteed Reservations – To guarantee a reservation at any of the Falls Avenue hotels, a valid credit card is required at time of booking. If a credit card is not available, your reservation will only be held for a minimal time period.
Cancellation Policy – Guaranteed reservations at the Sheraton on the Falls, Crowne Plaza, Skyline Inn or Clifton Victoria Inn at the Falls must be cancelled by 4:00 pm, 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid cancellation penalties. If you wish to cancel your reservation within the cancel policy, a 1-night penalty including taxes/fees will be applied.
Guaranteed reservations at the Days Inn at the Falls must be cancelled by 4:00 pm, 24 hours prior to arrival. Reservations at the Sheraton At The Falls must be cancelled by 6pm on day of arrival. Cancellations at these hotels within the cancel policy will be charged a 1 night penalty plus taxes/fees.
Group and Conference reservations at all of the hotels are subject to the cancellation and deposit policies outlined at time of booking and may vary from standard hotel policies.
New Year’s Eve Cancellation and Deposit Policy - New Year’s Eve reservations will be charged a $25 deposit at time of booking, with the balance of the stay being charged in full on December 12th. Cancellations prior to 4pm on December 12 will forfeit the $25.00 deposit. Cancellations after 4pm on December 12 will forfeit 50% of the New Year’s Eve Stay along with a $25.00 deposit. Cancellations requested after 4pm 48hrs prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of stay and applicable taxes.
Pets Policy – Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets. Service animals are permitted.
Check in / Check out – Check in time at the Sheraton on the Falls and Sheraton At The Falls is 4pm. At the Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls-Fallsview, Skyline Inn, Hampton Inn by Hilton, and Days Inn check in begins at 3pm. If your party happens to arrive earlier and the room is not available at the time of arrival, our concierge desk will be happy to store your bags so you can enjoy your day in Niagara Falls. Check out time is 12pm noon the day of departure at the Sheraton on the Falls and Sheraton At The Falls. Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls-Fallsview, Skyline Inn, Hampton Inn by Hilton, and Days Inn offer 11am checkout.
Age Requirement – To reserve a room in Ontario, there must be at least 1 adult present in the room. Typically this is 18 years or older, however each hotel may have a specific requirement.
Sheraton on the Falls – 18 years of age or older
Crowne Plaza Fallsview - 18 years of age or older
Skyline Inn – 21 years of age or older
Clifton Victoria Inn at the Falls - 21 years of age or older
Payment options – All Falls Avenue Hotels accept all major credit cards, as well as cash, Niagara Falls Dollars or Interac payments.
Room Occupancy – Fire codes permits a maximum of 5 guests in a room depending on the room category. Some room types have a maximum occupancy of less than 5, room capacity are noted in guestroom descriptions for each hotel.
Pre-authorization Information – In the case that a guest’s room is to be paid by another party’s credit card that will not be attending the hotel, a pre-authorization form is required to be filled out by the credit card holder allowing the hotel to use the credit card for the specified charges. A reservation agent will be able to fax or e-mail you the form to be filled out at your request.
Photo ID – Valid photo ID is required both for the check in process, as well as being a necessity to process a credit card.
