Niagara Falls Hotel Policies

Guaranteed Reservations – To guarantee a reservation at any of the Falls Avenue hotels, a valid credit card is required at time of booking. If a credit card is not available, your reservation will only be held for a minimal time period.

Cancellation Policy – Guaranteed reservations at Sheraton on the Falls, Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls-Fallsview, and Skyline Inn must be cancelled by 4:00 pm, 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid cancellation penalties. Guaranteed reservations at the Hampton Inn by Hilton at the Falls, and Days Inn at the Falls must be cancelled by 4:00 pm, 24 hours prior to arrival. If you wish to cancel your reservation at any of the above hotels within the cancel policy, a 1-night penalty will be applied.

New Year’s Eve Cancellation Policy – A 50% deposit is required for all New Year’s Eve reservations. Reservations must be cancelled by December 15th to receive a refund (less $25 admin fee).

Pets – The Sheraton on the Falls welcomes dogs with open arms. Your dog must be supervised at all times, and must not be left alone in the room. Dogs are not allowed in any public areas, restaurants, or walk-ways on the complex. Simply make your reservation agent aware of your dog joining you, or call the hotel directly. We will do our best to make your stay enjoyable for yourself and your pet. Unfortunately, the Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls-Fallsview, Skyline Inn, Hampton Inn by Hilton and Days Inn are unable to allow pets.

Check in / Check out – Check in time at each of the hotels begins at 3pm. If your party happens to arrive earlier and the room is not available at the time of arrival, our concierge desk will be happy to store your bags so you can enjoy your day in Niagara Falls. Check out time is 12pm noon the day of departure at the Sheraton on the Falls, Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls-Fallsview, Skyline Inn, Hampton Inn by Hilton, and Days Inn offer 11am checkout.

Age Requirement – To reserve a room in Ontario, there must be at least 1 adult present in the room 18 years of age or older.

Payment options – All Falls Avenue Hotels accept all major credit cards, as well as cash, Niagara Falls Dollars or Interac payments.

Room Occupancy – Fire codes permits a maximum of 5 guests in a room depending on the room category. Some room types have a maximum occupancy of less than 5, room capacity are noted in guestroom descriptions for each hotel.

Pre-authorization Information – In the case that a guest’s room is to be paid by another party’s credit card that will not be attending the hotel, a pre-authorization form is required to be filled out by the credit card holder allowing the hotel to use the credit card for the specified charges. A reservation agent will be able to fax or e-mail you the form to be filled out at your request.

Photo ID – Valid photo ID is required both for the check in process, as well as being a necessity to process a credit card.
