Cuvée 2018 Grand Tasting
Brock University’s Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI) hosts more than 750 guests at the Scotiabank Convention Centre for the Cuvée Grand Tasting, a weekend-long celebration of VQA wines and local cuisine in the heart of Ontario wine country to support the future of the grape and wine industry.
The 2018 event will be held Friday, March 23 at the Scotiabank Convention Centre, with online tickets being made available at cuvee.ca on Oct. 1, when wine afficianados can take advantage of early-bird prices.
Cuvée 2018 will see the return of the popular “Winemakers’ Favorite Wines” feature, along with gourmet food delicacies and an Après Cuvée party fuelled by live music and featuring selections from micro-breweries, cideries and VQA wineries.
Note: guests must be 19 years of age or older to attend the event.
Cuvée Weekend tickets include the Grand Tasting and Après Cuvée, and a Cuvée en Route Passport which can be used during the entire Cuvée weekend. Tickets are $175 per person when taking advantage of the early-bird pricing. Regular ticket price of $200 starts February 1.
The Cuvée en Route program runs the entire weekend of Cuvée. Passports include a special tasting flight at each participating Ontario winery. Passes will be $30 per person.
