A Culinary Tour of Piedmont with Massimo Capra

Piedmont is considered by many gastronomes as the culinary Holy Grail of Italian Region’s. The Region is home to the frenzy of white truffle season each fall, and is the capital of the slow food movement where the tradition of hand-made, artisanal cuisine is preserved. A decadent mix of cuisine and wine can be found in Piedmont, as the region cultivates more than 50 varieties of grapes that produce Barolo and Barbaresco. Massimo Capra celebrates this culinary capital with a hand-crafted menu that features pairings from our winery partner Pio Cesare Winery who has been crafting the Region’s famous wines for more than 134 years.
