Canadian party-rock legend David Wilcox is coming to Niagara Falls on June 1st to headline the seventh annual Niagara Falls Springlicious festival. Hosted on Queen Street in downtown Niagara Falls, the festival this year also includes a beer festival featuring over ten of Ontario’s finest microbreweries, including Queen Street’s own, Taps.
Springlicious has spent six years planting the seed. Now, in its seventh year, it’s time to bloom.
The three-day downtown festival has expanded its palate to include a full-fledged carnival and beer festival, to go along with a new talent show and reptile exhibition. But music is still the main focus, with veteran Canadian rocker David Wilcox doing the honours June 1. On that night, original Yardbirds drummer Jim McCarty will also perform.
